Those years behind the camera taught me more than how to tell a story beautifully; they taught me how a wedding feels when every detail flows seamlessly.

Evermore by Gana was created from that experience. A coordination and planning service built on calm expertise, creative intuition, and genuine connection. I bring a photographer’s eye for composition and an organizer’s heart for precision to every event I curate.

With over a decade of experience collaborating with venues, vendors, and couples, I understand how to create and manage timelines, communication, and coordination with ease and efficiency. From your first inquiry to the final sparkler send-off, I handle the moving parts so you can be fully present in the moments that matter most.

Day-of Coordination

Investment: $1,500 – $2,000

After more than thirteen years in the wedding industry, I’ve learned that the most beautiful days are the ones that flow effortlessly. My Day-of Coordination service is designed to make that possible — managing every moving part so you can stay fully present from first look to final dance.

I’ll be by your side throughout the day, orchestrating timelines, communicating with vendors, overseeing setup, and ensuring every detail aligns perfectly with your vision. You, your fiancé, and your families can simply arrive, exhale, and enjoy every moment.

This package is ideal for weddings of 50–200 guests and includes:

• A minimum of three meetings, beginning 3–4 months prior to your wedding
• Timeline creation and execution — keeping your day on track from start to finish
• Venue walkthrough prior to the event
• Coordination of rehearsal (up to one hour)
• Set up and breakdown of décor
• Gana plus one to two experienced assistants for up to 12 hours of coverage
• And countless small details handled with calm, expert care — so your day feels effortless and unforgettable.
